Naviate Traffic 2022.2 release

Changes are available in 2022.2.

Naviate Traffic has been reworked from the ground and you will see new icons and dialogs for all commands.

Insert Sign and Sign Holder Manager

Insert a sign from the library along with a sign holder, the sign holder can be any 2D or 3D block. In Naviate we have a library prepared but users can create their own sign holders. The sign can be automatically projected to a surface with a single or multi columned post.

After a sign has been inserted, Sign Holder Manager is used to add more signs, and move the signs on the pole. All changes are instantly applied to both 2D and 3D.

If a sign holder is placed along an alignment the rotation can be set as angle from the alignment.

Line, Cross, Area and Lane Markings

Road markings can be created by the four different markings commands. Line Markings create longitudinal markings along an existing alignment or polyline. Cross Markings are created by manually placed points. Area Markings can fill a closed polyline with Ghost Island or Pedestrian crossings for instance. Lane Markings places other symbols that are saved as hatched blocks.

All markings can be automatically projected to a selected surface, and if the related surface or linear path objects are changed, all markings can be updated.

Report and Labels

All signs in a drawing can be collated in a sign report. All markings can be added to a markings report. Markings can also be labelled after they are placed.
