Naviate Architecture Features

Eliminate repetitive tasks with smart features like door and window management, room copy, align walls, color elements and many many more. See below for a few examples.

Window Management

Window management identifies and let you control all windows in your project to save you hours in documentation and data management. Parameter values such as: swing direction, room number, levels, department and many room parameters can be combined into one Unique ID, with values automatically updated and viewed as tags on drawings. It also solves IFC swing direction issue (mirroring).

Door Management

Door management identifies and let you control all windows in your project to save you hours in documentation and data management. Parameter values such as: swing direction, room number, levels, department and many room parameters can be combined into one Unique ID, with values automatically updated and viewed as tags on drawings. It also solves IFC swing direction issue (mirroring).

Pattern Editor

Editing patterns from within Revit is only possible with grids or single lines, and advanced editing requires time and knowledge of complicated .pat files or objects from AutoCAD. Pattern Editor lets you access and edit patterns easily. Patterns can be duplicated and applied to chosen objects with instant feedback.

Room Drawings

Room Drawings generate Elevation Views of Walls inside rooms/spaces, Floor Plans, Ceiling Plans, and 3D views. Besides generating these views. you can choose to place them on Sheets. A typical use is to quickly create all tile drawings from every wall in every chosen room/space.

Roof Slope Arrow

Roof Slope Arrow allows you to modify slopes on Roof elements by defining start elevation and slope or end elevation. Multiple Roof Slope Arrows can be added to a roof and connected to each other.

Split Floor

Split Floor divides a floor based on a closed profile of detail lines. To divide a floor into two parts you will need to draw the lines on the edge of the floor.

Wall Data

Add Wall Gross Area and Wall Height parameters to wall instances. Wall Gross Area - adds wall gross area as a shared parameter on walls. Wall Height - calculates the wall height on walls.

Align Walls

Use Align Walls to correct "slightly off axis" walls which sometimes occur when you have modelled after a dwg file or point cloud with minor inaccuracies. It also happens with joined walls that are slightly off from each other if you have rotated your project to the wrong angle or simply not drawn your walls as precise as you would have liked to. You can align one or more walls to be perpendicular or orthographic to another wall, a gridline, or a coordinate system.

Create Coverings

Creates floors per each selected room. The floor creation is a straightforward process which includes simply selecting the desired rooms and starting the tool, which will lead to a settings dialog that enables additional floor placement and selection configurations.

Room Copy

Allows you to copy rooms (or spaces) through linked files into your own file. You can also copy rooms/spaces from different phases in the current project. You can choose to copy rooms or to create spaces according to the existing rooms as well as if you would like to even copy 'not placed' or 'not enclosed' rooms.
