- The folder for My Dataflows can be changed from the application settings. The My Templates folder for legacy Excel templates can be changed from the same place.
- Portuguese-Brazilian translation (preview)
Enhancement
Simple BIM 11.0 SR4 (1.10.2025)
- Dynamic titles added to multiple installed dataflows
- Exclude Object Properties dataflow: name updated (previous name: Clean Object Properties)
- Dataflow steps and sections are now highlighted when moving over them with the mouse.
- Dataflow step and section selection and name editing is improved to work like selecting and renaming files in Windows Explorer, including Shift and Ctrl selections.
- The menu bar of the Dataflow palette is redesigned for faster access to common functionality
- The progress reporting for running dataflows, sections and steps has been improved.
- The save button in the menu bar of the Dataflow palette now shows if the current dataflow has changed.
- When target selection in tools and dataflow configurations is limited to object class(es) the Custom option is no longer available.
- IfcSurfaceFeature in IFC4 models is now supported
- Significant performance improvement in Convert Objects -tool
- Alignment and Referent added to All -selection
Fixes
Simple BIM 11.0 SR4 (1.10.2025)
- Add common Object Groups dataflow: configuration fixed
- Add Basic Quantities dataflow: deleting temporary groups fixed, area measures to building element part object class added
- Add or Modify YesNo Property dataflow: option not to set Value fixed
- Add Location Using Prisms (Optional Split) dataflow: option to use any object class as a location prisms fixed
- Add-on exporters (like Catenda HUB and Trimble Connect) don't any more disappear from the ribbon after the first export.
- Bug fixed in generating derived objects with quantity calculation tools with the 'Derive Objects' operation selection.
- Bug fixed in shadow area calculation for objects rotated relative to the shadow plane.
- Calculate Quantities: Surface Areas -tool. Bug fixed in generating net side areas for complex objects.
- Bug fixed merging models that have different angle units and use IfcTrimmedCurve
- Optimize Geometry -tool. Bug fixed in converting objects to boxes when objects have unusual geometry transformations.
- Bug fixed in splitting geometries: In rare cases split geometries could become hollow, i.e. not completely enclosed.
- Bug fixed in adding building storeys from the Containment -palette: sometimes the newly added building storey was not immediately visible in the palette.
- Bug fixed in Convert Objects -tool: the tool was losing 2D geometries in the conversion.
- Bug fixed in Convert Objects -tool: the geometry of the converted objects was misplaced if the original object was a building element proxy containing other building element proxy objects.
- Bug fixed in writing predefined type attribute of Space objects to IFC4.3 models
- Bug fixed in reading IfcProxy objects (there were no issues with IfcBuildingElementProxy)
- Bug fixed in using IfcFacility in the containment structure
- Bug fixed in report header when opening a new model after running a dataflow
- Bug fixed in displaying geometry of objects that are far away from the origin in the 3D window when the length unit of the model was meters/feet. This did not affect the actual geometry, for example splitting, quantity calculation or IFC export.
