We have release hotfixes for Naviate 2020.1 and 2019.4. These hotfixes solves an issue where the subassemblies LaneFlexible and LaneFlexible5 don't create the shapes which affects the volume calculations. These hotfixes don't require reinstallation of Naviate. 
Naviate for Civil 3D 2020.2 includes this hotfix.
