With Naviate Correspondence you can easily send and archive your outgoing emails from Microsoft Outlook to Autodesk Construction Cloud's Correspondence Tool. Never lose any email communication between stakeholders in the construction process again! Naviate Correspondence is the assurance that users and project managers need to guarantee all communications are retained safely and retrievable when necessary.
Naviate Correspondence is built directly into Microsoft Outlook and allows you to immediately send your communication to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). You can scan your existing mailbox to see if any other emails need to be archived or transferred your ACC project. Users can be participants in multiple projects, selecting one or more when archiving. Categories in Outlook allow you to see and manage the projects your emails have been archived to.
