Deborah Moynihan, RKD. As one of the most experienced Building Information Modelling (BIM) designers in RKD, Deborah plays a central role in ensuring that the creation, transfer and use of information adds value to projects during the design, construction and operation of the building. She develops and administers the protocols for project team’s engagement with BIM and uses her understanding of lean management principles and BIM processes to help the project team maximise its efforts and deliver value for money to the project.

Sean has worked in the Irish Construction Industry for over 25 years, with experience in Civil and Structural Engineering. He has extensive experience in the fields of BIM, Lean Construction and implementing new workflows, ISO 19650 and BIM certification . A respected digital innovator in his field who specialises in integrating new digital tools and workflows to enhance client capabilities.
